Theta brain waves are the brain state of REM sleep (dreams), hypnosis, lucid dreaming, and the barely conscious state just before sleeping and just after waking. Theta is the border between the conscious and the subconscious world, and by learning to use a conscious, waking Theta brain wave we can access and influence the powerful subconscious part of ourselves that is normally inaccessible to our waking minds. While in the Theta state, the mind is capable of deep and profound learning, healing, and growth – it is the brainwave where our minds can connect to the Divine and manifest changes in the material world.
Extreme relaxation (almost dream like) is a commonly noted result when flowing into Theta Waves.
Should you desire to practice this technique, please keep in mind this is something I intuitively learned and may not be compatible with all Human vessels. Allow Self to modify/enhance this technique to fit your own interface.
Before proceeding, please be kind to Self and allow logic/male energies to be absorbed by practicing each step individually and then allow your intuition/female energy to move through it harmoniously.
In a calm state, set an intention (what would you like to accomplish by attempting this).
Slow down all actions and set aside all other expectations.
Think of something that brings you Love and Joy and create a representation of it in the form of a picture.
Take that picture and “post” it on the back of your forehead (This is merely an illusion that represents your highest frequency).
The goal is to slow down air intake to a point where you feel it traveling smoothly into your body.
Relax tongue, jaw, facial muscles and feel any tension behind the ears melt away.
Inhale slow all the way filling lower belly, into heart center feeling an expansion of the chest.
Exhale allowing air to run through the roof of your mouth. (This should create a flowing sounds that typically feels very calming. It also opens up internal passages, driving elements into essential areas.)
Ground Self by consciously pulling energy into the heart center (it comes from all directions) with each inhale and exhale driving air through that picture you “posted” earlier.
Once fully grounded, inhale pulling energy into the pineal gland and exhaling through that picture.
After some practice, you should experience new sensations. Allow yourself to explore and enjoy!
I hope this information helps someone out there.
